Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, based in Chennai. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the manufacturing process, including quality control, inventory management, and documentation. The Associate will also collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support the implementation of new procedures. Daily tasks might include assembling components, conducting inspections, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Control
  • Ability to manage Inventory and Documentation
  • Proficient in Technical Skills related to machinery
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Capability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
