We are hiring for TOP MNC for HRIS Techno-functional.

Interview Mode- face to face only (20th Dec 25)

Note- Hands-on experience with one or more core HR platforms (e.g.,

Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar)

Location - Bangalore

Experience Years

Salary- Max LPA

Notice Period - Immediate - 15Days max.

Shift - US Rotational.

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate (Regular Based)

Skills Required

Hands-on experience with one or more core HR platforms (e.g.,

Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or similar)

  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS,

Payroll, etc.).

Roles & Responsibility

HR System Administration

  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS,

Payroll, etc.).

  • Support new module implementation, upgrades, and integrations

between systems.

  • Manage user roles, security profiles, and access controls.

  • Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data

across systems.

  • Create and automate HR dashboards and reports (headcount,

attrition, performance, etc.).

  • Support HR audits and compliance reporting requirements.

  • Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate HR

workflows.

  • Support robotic process automation (RPA) or low-code HR process

automation.

  • RHR System Administrationctional leads to digitize manual processes.R
