Role & responsibilities

  • 2-5 years of extensive experience in Industrial Automation Protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.
  • Good experience in Industrial Communication and interfaces between various Automation and software systems
  • Good experience in Microcontroller/NC/PLC/SCADA interface also cloud protocol
  • Good experience in sensor and hardware selections with respect to the use cases.
  • Good experience in serial and parallel communication protocol and interface (UART, RS232, I2C, SPI, siemens S7, Profibus, Profinet, MPI, PPI, etc..
  • Good experience in MQTT, HTTP, FTP.
  • Hands-on with Electrical and electronics connections and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in safety, and standard operating procedures for machine and hardware installation.
  • Experience in the development of Industry 4.0 solutions
  • Experience in Production Support including resolution of daily production issues, analysis, and understanding of end business users expectation
  • Functional flow understanding of discreate and process industries.
  • Experience in documentation (Machine assessment, system requirement, Hardware installation, and troubleshooting guidelines)
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IoT
