Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at VIS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, social media marketing, and performance analysis. This role will be central to driving lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI optimization across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO activities to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage SEM/PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI optimization and performance tracking.
  • Create and monitor social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with the content strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare regular performance reports.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ads, posts, and landing pages.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and suggest new digital strategies.
  • Ensure all digital campaigns are aligned with VIS's overall brand strategy and business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to design and execute effective digital strategies for brand growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
