Role & responsibilities

Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining technical documentation

  • Verifying of inputs provided by customer and understanding scope of the work
  • Understanding product knowledge and bill of material
  • Creating of illustrations as per Bill of material
  • Collect, evaluate, check and complete all information
  • Estimating and planning of the project and discussing with customer in case of any concerns in project
  • Creating of project planning and discussing with customer in case of any issues
  • Completing of layouts creation with thorough quality checking
  • Compiling of manuals
  • Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of target audience users and personas
  • Apply style guides and authoring checklists to maintain documentation quality

  • Working individually and working in the team

  • Skills

  • Experience in illustration tools such as ISODRAW, CAD PROCESS and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR
  • 0- 3 years of experience as a Technical illustrator
  • Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with MS TEAMS to track your work and collaborate with the product teams
  • Capable of effectively working with multiple stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams
  • Well organized and able to operate independently
  • Willing to accept the challenges and convert them into success.
  • Good planner and systematic organizer.
  • A team player that will share information with colleagues and help develop the group.
