1. Sr. General Admissions Officer (Senior PRO)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / month

Transport provided from Gajuwaka, Kurmannapalem & Ukkunagaram

Responsibilities:

• Lead the admissions drive with strategic planning and execution.
• Handle parent counseling, fee structuring, and conversion of leads into admissions.
• Conduct presentations, campaigns, and external networking for enrollment growth.
• Supervise and mentor junior PROs to ensure target achievements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly admissions reports for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of admissions or educational marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven record in driving admission numbers in reputed schools/colleges.

2. Admissions Officer (PRO)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month

Transport provided from Gajuwaka, Kurmannapalem & Ukkunagaram

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, campaigns, and parent meetings.
• Provide admission counseling to parents and guide them through the process.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.
• Meet assigned admission targets with consistency and dedication.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, sales, or counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to build strong parent relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
