**1. Sr. General Admissions Officer (Senior PRO)**

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 / month
Transport provided from Gajuwaka, Kurmannapalem & Ukkunagaram

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the admissions drive with **strategic planning and execution**.
- Handle **parent counseling, fee structuring, and conversion of leads into admissions**.
- Conduct presentations, campaigns, and external networking for enrollment growth.
- Supervise and mentor junior PROs to ensure **target achievements**.
- Prepare weekly and monthly **admissions reports** for management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate with **minimum 5 years of admissions or educational marketing experience**.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven record in driving admission numbers in reputed schools/colleges.

**2. Admissions Officer (PRO)**

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 / month
Transport provided from Gajuwaka, Kurmannapalem & Ukkunagaram

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads through **field visits, campaigns, and parent meetings**.
- Provide admission counseling to parents and guide them through the process.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.
- Meet assigned admission targets with consistency and dedication.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with **2-3 years of relevant experience** in admissions, sales, or counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to build strong parent relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
