Location: Ahmedabad / Baroda
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT products, solutions, and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.
- Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company's offerings effectively.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software solutions, IT services, cloud, or infrastructure sales.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and handle high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
