Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager, located in Kanpur. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The Shift Manager will also handle scheduling, training new employees, and addressing any customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Staff management, scheduling, and training skills
  • Experience in customer service and addressing customer concerns
  • Knowledge of inventory control and health & safety standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the QSR or food service industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or management is beneficial
