Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Manager. The Travel Manager will oversee and coordinate travel arrangements, manage travel operations, and ensure an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their travel needs, booking and organizing itineraries, and maintaining accurate travel records. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to maximize business opportunities and ensuring policies and compliance are adhered to in all travel operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including developing efficient itineraries and handling logistics
  • Sales aptitude to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in travel management software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
