Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of Google Ads and hands-on experience in Programmatic Ads, Shopping Ads, Search Ads, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and programmatic ad campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Set up, manage, and scale Shopping, Search, PMax, and Programmatic campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop conversion tracking and custom reporting dashboards as needed.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to align ad strategy with business goals.
  • Provide high-level strategic direction for improving ad performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing:
  • Programmatic Ads
  • Google Shopping Ads
  • Search Campaigns
  • Performance Max Campaigns
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
