Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Executive/Assistant manager to join our growing E-Powertrain Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive or EV component sector (preferably with Tier-1 suppliers) and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the electric vehicle space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV components sector
  • Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other strategic partners
  • Drive sales of E-powertrain components such as electric motors, inverters, and controllers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering,product, and operations) to support customer needs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the strategic goals of the business unit

Key Requirements

  • 2-10 years of experience in sales or business development of EV components or automotive components (preferably with Tier-1 suppliers)
  • Strong understanding of electric powertrain systems, EV architecture, and automotive sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
