We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Accountant with a solid background in accounting, taxation, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will independently handle end-to-end finance operations, manage multiple company accounts, and coordinate statutory filings across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple group entities using Tally or similar accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle reconciliations — bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany accounts.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Independently manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
  • Ensure timely statutory payments and submissions in coordination with auditors.
  • Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, ROC filings, and compliance renewals.

Reporting & Audit Coordination

  • Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses for management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during statutory and internal audits.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
  • Administrative & Documentation Support
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and financial correspondences.
  • Support management with finance-related reporting and compliance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance handling.
  • Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and online government portals (GST, MCA, Income Tax, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple entities and work independently with minimal supervision.
