High School Outreach
division.

Role Overview

The role focusses on working across
events, high school initiatives, and special projects
, aimed at supporting high schools and students explore diverse academic and career pathways through our focussed events and various other initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging with educators and students alike, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects that create real impact in the education ecosystem. This role is well-suited for someone who thinks creatively, embraces innovation, and is passionate about designing value-driven platforms that advance our mission of empowering students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a network of high schools across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
• Identify relevant schools for specific initiatives and establish close engagement with school leaders, counselors, and other key stakeholders.
• Execute project and event outreach activities in line with defined goals and timelines.
• Coordinate meetings, manage communication, plan travel, and support event logistics as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of each event or project.
• Maintain accurate outreach records and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Stay informed about the Indian and International high school landscape, education systems to communicate effectively with high schools and students.
• Support in research and identifying new areas of growth.
• Have an innovators mindset to find unique solutions to cater to varied student interests.
• Be comfortable travelling and leading initiatives as and when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Marketing, or Communications, with a strong interest in student engagement and career guidance.

Experience & Skills Required

• Prior experience in high school outreach, student engagement, or event coordination preferred.
• Strong understanding of international higher education and familiarity with the Indian high school landscape.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with school leaders and counselors.
• Proactive in outreach and networking across schools in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute meetings, events, and travel itineraries independently.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to learn and deliver results.
• Team player with the flexibility to collaborate across departments and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Willingness to travel in India, internationally and work beyond standard office hours, including weekends, for events or meetings as needed.
