Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for voice streaming solutions.

Build scalable APIs and services to support real-time, low-latency voice interactions.

Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end voice experiences.

Optimize system performance, latency, and availability.

Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.

Explore and integrate emerging technologies in voice processing and streaming.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in backend engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or
  • Solid experience with microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (RTC), WebRTC, or streaming protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems.
  • Prior experience with voice, audio streaming, or conversational AI systems.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to speech recognition (ASR), NLP, or TTS systems.
  • Experience with scalable event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Previous work with companies in the voice-tech space (e.g., GreyLabs, Skit, Gnani, Zomato voice

platforms).
