Job Description

  • Network Security Implementation:

  • Implement, and manage secure network architectures.

  • Enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Evaluate and recommend security solutions, tools, and technologies.

  • Monitoring and Incident Response:

  • Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents.

  • Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation.

  • Proactive infrastructure monitoring and highlight gaps

  • Firewall and VPN Management:

  • Configure and manage Firewalls (Legacy & NGFW), VPNs, IDS/IPS, Proxy and other security appliances.

  • Implement and maintain network access controls and encryption protocols.

  • Collaboration and Training:

  • Work closely with other infrastructure teams to ensure secure network integration.

  • Stay updated with the latest security trends and threats.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in network security.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures.

  • Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo-Alto, FortiGate), VPNs (Remote and IPsec), IDS/IPS, Zscaler and encryption technologies.

  • Understanding of various network protocols (switching & routing) preferable with Cisco, Arista and Juniper.

  • Experience with cloud security (e.g., GCP, Azure) is a plus.

  • Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCSP, or similar are highly desirable.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
