We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Agentforce (Service Cloud for Call Center Applications). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom applications using LWC, Aura Components, Apex classes, and triggers.

Implement complex business logic using Apex, Process Builder, and Flows.

Customize and extend Agentforce (Service Cloud) to support call center operations and customer service processes.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure high performance and responsive designs across Salesforce applications.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Follow and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and assist in technical design discussions.

Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.

Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Service Cloud, including configuration and custom development.

Proven experience with Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs.

Certifications:

Salesforce AI certification and Salesforce Agentforce specialist certification is highly desirable
