As part of our continued growth, we are looking for dynamic and fluent English-speaking Business Development Executives to support our Dubai operations from our Kochi branch in Kadavanthra.

Role Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for students and clients based in the UAE. Your role involves handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and guiding potential candidates through the admission process for our Dubai education programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international exposure and grow your career in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries related to our Dubai education services

Communicate effectively in fluent English with students and parents based in the UAE

Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and value-added services

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Coordinate closely with our Dubai team to ensure smooth admissions and student support

What We're Looking For:

* Any graduate (all disciplines welcome)

* Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written

* Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or education counseling is a plus

* A team player with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
