
Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for new student admissions.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns both online and offline.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Organize admission events, workshops, and webinars to attract students and parents.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational communities.
- Track inquiries, respond to queries promptly, and guide prospective students through the admission process.
- Maintain admission records accurately.
- Coordinate with academic staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or above (preferably in marketing, communication, or education).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking with problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Ads, or social media campaigns is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
