Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads for new student admissions.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns both online and offline.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Organize admission events, workshops, and webinars to attract students and parents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational communities.
  • Track inquiries, respond to queries promptly, and guide prospective students through the admission process.
  • Maintain admission records accurately.
  • Coordinate with academic staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or above (preferably in marketing, communication, or education).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Ads, or social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Comfortable engaging with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
