Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and certified
Guidewire ClaimCenter Developers
to join our team for a large-scale
P&C Insurance modernization
project. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in
ClaimCenter Configuration and Integration
, with exposure to
end-to-end implementation
for Tier-1 insurers.

The role demands technical excellence, the ability to work independently, and strong knowledge of
Guidewire frameworks
,
web services
, and
workflow customization
.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, configure, and implement
    Guidewire ClaimCenter
    solutions (Version 10 or above).
  2. Participate in full lifecycle implementations — from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  3. Develop and modify
    workflows, PCFs, data models
    , and
    business rules
    according to business needs.
  4. Implement and maintain
    ClaimCenter integrations
    using
    web services
    ,
    plugins
    ,
    messaging
    , and
    batch processing
    .
  5. Support
    SaaS migrations
    or new
    ClaimCenter SaaS implementations
    , ensuring smooth transition from on-premise setups.
  6. Review and prepare
    test plans
    , validate results, and support
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    .
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve
    production issues
    , ensuring stability and performance of ClaimCenter applications.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project timelines.
  9. Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure adherence to TCS quality and security standards.

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration and Integration
  • Experience in
    2 or more full lifecycle ClaimCenter implementations
  • Solid understanding of
    Web Services, Plugins, XML, Messaging, and Batch processing
  • Experience with
    workflow design and modification
    ,
    PCFs
    , and
    data model extensions
  • Proficiency in
    debugging, issue analysis, and performance optimization

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with
    J2EE
    or
    C++
    to understand and extend existing code
  • Exposure to
    Spring Boot
    and
    Java-based integration frameworks
  • ACE certification
    in Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration or Integration
