Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits across Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and HR departments.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of audit procedures and checklists.
  • Monitor and follow up on audit issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: CA Inter Pass (minimum requirement).
  • Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tally, Mednet, PCare, and Azure Cloud-based systems is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
