Your Role
  • Administer Windows Server environments (2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) including Active Directory, GPO, and server hardening.
  • Manage VMware virtualization platforms including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VM provisioning, HA/DRS, and vMotion.
  • Configure and troubleshoot enterprise DNS, DHCP, and WINS services.
  • Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), including creation, linking, inheritance, and troubleshooting.
  • Execute server patch management using WSUS, SCCM, or third-party tools.
  • Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell scripting.
  • Administer file servers including FTP, DFS, NFS, and Globalscape.
Your Profile
  • 9 to 12 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization, GPO management, and patching tools.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and server performance troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of storage management (SAN/NAS), backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault), and disaster recovery planning.
