Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer specializing in interiors. The position is located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee on-site project execution, ensure strict adherence to timelines and quality control measures, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Responsibilities also include problem-solving, ensuring compliance with structural and safety standards, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in site management and understanding of on-site processes
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Experience in quality control and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Specialized knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in interior construction projects is preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
