Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring the highest quality control standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project execution, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring alignment with structural and civil engineering requirements. The candidate will ensure compliance with safety and design standards while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and project teams. Qualifications - Proficiency in on-site project execution, including managing construction activities and ensuring adherence to plans - Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate among team members, contractors, and stakeholders - Thorough knowledge of quality control processes and practices in the construction industry - Expertise in structural engineering principles and application - Proven experience as a Civil Engineer working on large-scale construction projects - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software is a plus
