- Support the Executives in a general administrative capacity, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, tracking expenses, keeping meeting notes, preparing reports, and managing communications
- Support expenses and POs
- Focus on supporting positive relationships with client and partner administrative teams
- Independently administer projects including team and client event planning
- Independently oversee and enforce deadlines, policies, and initiatives to Chief Marketing Officer direct reports
- Liaise with recruitment to schedule interviews with candidates with Chief Marketing Officer,
- Work with the Admin Team on projects and event planning
- Participate in Corporate Culture efforts & programs
- Understand that there is some out of traditional office hours' work involved due to the international nature of the business and the Directors busy travel itinerary
