  • Overall, 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry working with various Digital transformation programs related to implementation and support of Omnichannel Customer experience for different retailers across the globe.
  • The candidate must have experience on Modern POS Platform projects like PredictSpring Platform.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support for modern POS platforms like PredictSpring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests related to PredictSpring POS application, ensuring timely resolution and no-to-minimal business disruption.
  • Handle advanced issue resolution for PredictSpring's POS platform, including application stability issues, API failures, sync issues, and payment disruptions.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, SPIs, and integration points with systems (Adyen, Oracle Retail, Verifone, Taxware etc.) to diagnose root causes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
  • Regular system performance monitoring and tuning to ensure the performance and availability of POS applications.
  • Assist in the deployment of applications, and configuration changes.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift duration on rotation.
