OPEX Lead USOF Sites
Knowledge Required: Understanding of Telecom opex and how to run the telecom sites. Keeping abreast with technological developments and Alternate opex area.
Skills / Competencies : Conflict management, Cross functional working, Analytical Skills. Ability to influence without authority, Negotiation skills.
Controlling, monitoring and optimizing opex to enhance profitability and productivity of the circle in line with COMPANY'S commitment towards environment.
Incumbent will also coordinate with infrastructure team on up gradation activities in line with opex/capex planned for the year and ensures timely implementation. Timely payment of rent, diesel and electricity charges after validating the vendor bills.
Incumbent will be required to have in -depth understanding of the Core Processes on opex control of a site, Planning, Execution and Implementation of all solutions for opex Management and optimization.
This job requires the individual to work closely with cross functional Teams and third party vendors. The individual should be willing to work and travel to field and be able to handle high pressure situations.
Incumbent should be adaptable to changing work environments and have good practical knowledge to successfully perform the assigned responsibilities.
Incumbent must have at least 9-12 years experience with a reputed Telecom Infrastructure company.
