To ensure smooth operations of network with a view to deliver enhanced network experience to the customers with full safety compliance.

- Network upkeep. Maintain CPRNA
- Corrective & preventive maintenance of BSS and MW network
- Ensuring O&M spare availability, Repair and Return for Operations
- MTX Infra Operations Management
- Network efficiency, OPEX cost optimization
- Governance with MS partners, IPs - for overall operations
- Estate Management of Operational sites in coordination with IP’s
- HSW Compliance of Network employees and partners
- **Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)**
- Analytic, In-depth technical knowledge of Radio and MW Network
- SME in 2G, 3G & 4G RAN technologies
- Strong Leadership skills with extensive experience of handling Cross functional teams across functions and vendors
- Self-Starter, Customer Focused
- Quick learner, knowledge on change in technological trends.
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Min 12+ years of Experience in Handling Network Projects, Operations and governance of multivendor and multi-technology networks.
