Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components, and maintaining the machines for efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor CNC/VMC machines to produce precision parts as per the production schedule.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
  • Set up machines, including tooling, workpieces, and fixtures.
  • Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Identify and resolve basic machine issues or escalate them to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to quality standards and production timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITI or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in operating CNC/VMC machines.
  • Familiarity with machine tools, measuring instruments, and inspection methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Basic understanding of G-code programming (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
