Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized
Business Support Executive
to provide end-to-end support across business operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients and vendors, have strong coordination abilities, and possess excellent Excel skills for data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with
clients, vendors, and internal departments
to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities. - Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and performance dashboards using
MS Excel
. - Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and MIS reports for management review.
- Handle follow-ups, escalations, and ensure timely closure of open tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in business support, backend coordination, or operations.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Certification in Excel, Data Analytics, or Office Automation will be an added advantage.
