iPaaS Developer

​​​​​​​Our site in Pune, India is seeking an iPaaS Developer to join our team. We are seeking a skilled iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between various cloud-based and on-premise applications using iPaaS solutions. The developer will work with various teams to ensure seamless data flow, automation, and orchestration between systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with cloud technologies, and a deep understanding of integration frameworks.

What You'll Do:

• Integration Development: Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions using iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Jitterbit, or similar).
• API Development & Management: Develop and manage APIs to facilitate communication between various systems and applications.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure compatibility between disparate systems.
• System Integration Design: Create and optimize integration patterns, workflows, and orchestration for data flow across cloud and on-premise applications.
• Automation & Monitoring: Build and automate workflows to streamline business processes. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues in real-time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, product owners, infrastructure, and QA) to understand integration requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Documentation & Support: Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support processes. Provide post-deployment support for ongoing integration maintenance.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in integration processes and enhance system scalability.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure integrations follow industry best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy regulations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience working with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or Jitterbit.
• Experience in developing and deploying RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Familiarity with data formats like JSON, XML, and protocols such as HTTP/S, SOAP, and REST.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in integration languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data synchronization, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of middleware tools, API gateways, and other integration frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex integration issues.
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and processes.

• Certifications: iPaaS platform certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Boomi Associate Developer, or similar).
• Experience with Cloud-Based Tools: Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or other SaaS applications.
• DevOps Understanding: Experience working with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for integration solutions.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
