Physics Teacher

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Physics Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, conceptual clarity, and the ability to inspire curiosity and analytical thinking in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics (Theory & Practical) to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, experiments, and demonstrations to make learning engaging and application-based.
• Ensure conceptual understanding through interactive teaching methods, discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE/NEET), and school assessments.
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure safety protocols, and promote hands-on learning.
• Keep updated with the latest developments in Physics education and CBSE guidelines.
• Collaborate with the science department for inter-disciplinary projects, exhibitions, and events.
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific temper among students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed. (mandatory)
• Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Physics (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
• Fresh postgraduates with strong communication and teaching skills may also apply.
• Skills:
• Deep understanding of the CBSE Physics curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to use digital tools, smart boards, and simulations effectively.
• Passionate about student engagement and mentoring.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
