**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students at the higher secondary level.
- Create a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom that encourages student participation and fosters critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching materials, lesson plans, and educational resources.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or queries related to academics or student welfare.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of education, including new teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and curriculum updates.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
**Requirements**:
- Additional teaching certification or qualifications (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed., TESOL, CELTA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous teaching experience at the higher secondary level is desirable.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing students’ academic and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as per the school’s requirements.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
