What you'll doing:
  • Managing all aspects of multiple technical projects for their organization
  • Coordinating communication between stakeholders from multiples teams such as Business Development, Product Development, QA, Release, Sustenance and Support
  • Delivering complex projects or programs from initiation to completion - including developing implementation plans, resource requirements, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Setting up of processes, tools and cadences for communication, project planning, project tracking and documentation, issue tracking and documentation, metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Being a change agent to help the organization transform from traditional development methodologies such as Waterfall to Agile
  • Establishing processes and tools to help the organization move towards a DevOps model with automated Continuous Integration and Deployment
  • Working with the development team to capture not just functional requirements but also non-functional requirements such like Compliance, Security, Scalability, Availability, Reliability, Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing)
  • Contributing to pre-launch, post-launch, and support activities
  • As a scrum master, driving the daily standup's, Iterations/sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, board administration and reporting in JIRA
