Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/trackers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring SLAs.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for tech or EdTech roles.
  • Knowledge of ATS or HR tools.
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Pay: ₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
