Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karwar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and staff development. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, managing payroll, and ensuring a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

  • Experience in Performance Management and Staff Development
  • Knowledge of Compliance with labor laws and HR Policies
  • Payroll Management and Training Program Development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
