With a fast-paced startup comes fast growth and were hiring a Finance Executive to take full ownership of payouts, payroll, compliance, and cash flow management.

About the Role:

Role: Finance Executive

Department: Finance & Accounting

Industry: Logistics / Rentals / Ecommerce

Location: On-site (Andheri East, Mumbai)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Type: Full-Time, Permanent (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end bookkeeping and daily financial record maintenance
  • GST reconciliation, filing, and return preparation (GSTR 1, 3B, etc.)
  • TDS calculation, payment, and timely TDS return
  • Manage purchase entries, sales invoices, and vendor payments
  • Maintain bank reconciliation and cash flow reports
  • Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory norms
  • Operate on Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets for all accounting workflows
  • Generate and manage e-invoicing, e-way bills, credit notes
  • Conduct vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Prepare periodic reports for internal audits and management reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance/accounts role
  • Strong command of Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accountability
