Job Summary:
A leading national distributor of Laptop Spares & Accessories is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple branches in India. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, payroll management, incentive calculations, HRMS platform management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR function across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Develop and execute pan-India hiring strategies for various roles across multiple branches.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
- Work closely with branch managers to ensure timely hiring and workforce planning.
2. HRMS Platform Management
- Oversee and optimize HRMS (Human Resource Management System) platforms for payroll, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in HRMS for employee records, leave management, and salary processing.
- Train employees and managers on the effective use of HRMS for self-service functions.
3. Payroll Management & Incentive Calculations
- Ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, and compliance with payroll regulations through HRMS.
- Calculate monthly payroll, bonuses, and incentives for employees based on performance parameters.
- Maintain and update employee salary structures, tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and incentive payouts.
4. Performance Management & Training
- Develop and execute a structured performance appraisal system across all branches.
- Align goal setting and career development with business objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct training & upskilling programs at various branch levels.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Organize training programs, leadership development, and team-building activities across locations.
- Promote an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work culture.
6. HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all Indian states.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, payroll, and HR documentation within HRMS.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and salary processing for all branches.
7. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Serve as the point of contact for all branch-level HR issues.
- Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary actions and workplace issues.
8. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Generate HR reports & insights through HRMS to track workforce performance.
- Use HR analytics to improve hiring efficiency, retention rates, and employee productivity.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location organisation.
Strong expertise in Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment. Fair idea of Payroll Processing, Incentive Calculations, and Compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms for payroll, performance management, and attendance tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees across different locations.
Ability to travel occasionally to branch offices for HR support and training.
