 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional work attitude.
  • Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks, including office operations and necessary repairs.
  • Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
  • Control and manage inventory effectively.
  • Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations.
  • Perform general maintenance of warehouse machinery.
  • Enforce company rules and regulations.
  • Ensure attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
  • Coordinate effectively with various departments for streamlined workflow.
  • Train low-level managers and staff.
  • Supervise office staff and maintain office systems.
  • Coordinate general office repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties.


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and warehouse management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
