About Us:

The SilkWalk Studio is a designer saree boutique offering a curated collection of handwoven and contemporary silk sarees. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the store, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Manage sales staff and allocate duties to achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain store display, inventory levels, and stock arrangements
  • Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales service
  • Coordinate with the management team for promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure cleanliness, visual appeal, and adherence to brand standards
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist in performance tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fashion store management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing, reports, inventory)
  • Full-time availability
