Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Audit
to join our Audit & Assurance team in
Bangalore
. The role involves leading audit assignments, preparing accurate financial reports, conducting GST reconciliations, and delivering key MIS insights to clients and management. This is a dynamic position requiring both technical expertise and team collaboration.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely execution of assignments.

·      Conduct financial and compliance audits in line with regulatory standards and internal methodologies.

·      Review working papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.

·      Prepare and analyze GST reconciliation statements, including GSTR-9C filing.

·      Perform financial and costing ratio analysis, and identify variances to aid strategic decision-making.

·      Deliver periodical MIS reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

·      Liaise directly with clients to understand expectations, resolve queries, and build strong relationships.

·      Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry best practices.

·      Support the development and enhancement of internal audit tools, templates, and documentation standards.

·      Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Mandatory Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

·
 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in audit and assurance, preferably in a CA firm.

·       Solid understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

·       Exposure to GST reconciliation, particularly GSTR-9C.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit tools/software.

·       Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.

·       Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

·       Location-specific: Candidate must be based in Bangalore; immediate joiners preferred.
