Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing strong professional relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), financial advisors, and investors. The role involves presenting investment proposals, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with CAs, HNIs, investors, and financial advisors.
- Present and pitch investment proposals in a confident and professional manner to potential stakeholders.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and professional associations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance investor engagement and business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations and accurate investment documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and investor requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and business meetings.
- Be comfortable with domestic and occasional travel as required for client meetings, project visits, and investor engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, investment advisory, financial services, or real estate/wealth management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a confident client-facing approach.
- Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with CAs, advisors, and investors.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach with a high sense of accountability.
- Familiarity with financial products, investment structures, and wealth management solutions is highly desirable.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for business development purposes when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
