Role Summary:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead our Installation Department. The role involves end-to-end management of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality and installation standards, efficient team management, and strong client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving on-site productivity, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and implementing innovative installation practices while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth reporting to management.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) – Project Manager (Installation Department)

1. Project Completion Timeliness

2. Ensure all projects are executed and completed within the defined timelines.

3. Maintain and monitor project schedules with proactive follow-ups on site readiness, material availability, and manpower deployment.

4. Minimize project delays by identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions.

5. Adherence to Installation Standards

6. Ensure strict compliance with Hey Concrete's installation SOPs, guidelines, and technical standards.

7. Conduct regular site checks to ensure proper execution as per drawings, alignment, joints, sealer application, and other finishing details.

8. Installation Quality & Workmanship

9. Deliver defect-free installation with emphasis on precision, finishing, and durability.

10. Conduct periodic quality inspections during and post-installation to minimize rework.

11. On-site Client Engagement & Customer Satisfaction

12. Act as the single point of contact for clients during installation phases.

13. Ensure compliance with all client-specific site requirements (safety, access, documentation, permits, quality checks, etc.) and maintain proper records for audit/reference.
14. Maintain strong communication, provide timely updates, and ensure client expectations are managed and met.

15. Collect structured feedback post-installation.

16. Installation Team Productivity & Efficiency

17. Optimize resource planning (manpower, tools, materials) to maximize site productivity.

18. Ensure effective task allocation and supervision to avoid idle time.

19. Track daily output per team and improve overall efficiency.

20. Innovation & Installation Method Improvement

21. Identify and implement improved techniques, tools, or processes for faster and better installation.

22. Share learnings and innovations with the team for standardization.

23. Installation Teams & Site Supervisor Management

24. Lead, mentor, and manage installation supervisors and site installation teams.

25. Ensure proper training, skill upgradation, and adherence to safety protocols.

26. Build accountability and discipline within the team.

27. Reporting & Documentation of Sites

28. Maintain accurate daily/weekly project reports, progress photos, checklists, and client communications.

29. Submit timely MIS reports to management on project status, challenges, and resolutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
