Product Operations

Our team is building a modern service management platform that enables growing businesses to reduce operational complexity and drive business success. We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in scaling and enabling the product function.

You'll partner closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, drive alignment, and ensure data-informed decision-making. • Gather and analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and KPIs.

Set up dashboards and frameworks for PMs to make informed decisions. Feedback Management

• Create a structured system for collecting, triaging, and acting on feedback from customers, sales, and support teams.

Roadmap and delivery management

• Act as the communication bridge between product and other teams.

Standardize and streamline product development processes. Cross-functional alignment

• Act as the communication bridge between product and other teams.

Ensure product launches are well-coordinated across marketing, support, and success. Close the loop with stakeholders on roadmap and delivery updates. Enablement

• Onboard new PMs, maintain product knowledge bases, and provide training on processes, tools, and metrics.
