Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive at Jobee Fie, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries related to business processes and our organization.
- Proactively calling both active and potential clients to promote the purchase of our products and services.
- Maintaining high-quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Addressing client queries and grievances within prescribed timelines.
- Ensuring accurate capture of client responses.
- Regularly attending team meetings to discuss progress and performance-related expectations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Experience in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and assess customer needs.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and handle complaints.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in ensuring availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Experience in creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Good PC skills.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
