Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new enquiries/referrals for admissions, build and maintain relationships with parents and schools
  • Work with the school leadership to develop promotional campaigns, attendance at events, and lead generation activities
  • Present the school's value proposition to prospective families, communicate benefits, unique programmes, and differentiate from competition
  • Achieve admission targets, monitor the pipeline, provide regular sales and marketing reports
  • Monitor market trends within the education sector, competitor positioning and parent preferences

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing — preferably in education or service sector (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Goal / target oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of digital lead generation, events or promotions would be a plus
