About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Designer proficient in AutoCAD or similar design tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications. This role involves working closely with internal teams to prepare accurate designs, models, and documentation that support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
  • Interpret project requirements and convert concepts into accurate drawings.
  • Ensure drawings meet industry standards, specifications, and project guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to gather inputs and finalize designs.
  • Prepare revisions, updates, and modifications as required throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain proper documentation, version control, and drawing records.
  • Assist in design validation, reviews, and quality checks.
  • Support the team with design presentation materials when needed.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 1–5 years (flexible based on skillset)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or similar design software (e.g., SketchUp, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of drafting principles, measurements, and design detailing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Good visualization skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and design formats.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working on product, interior, industrial, or civil design projects.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering tools (optional but beneficial).
