Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels. You will play a key role in promoting the company's products and services to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
  • Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, website, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional events and campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports/analytics
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Manage the company's online presence and reputation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in a marketing role , Fresher also preffered
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools)
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media advertising and email marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Mailchimp)
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
