  • Minimum 7+ years implementation experience, including at least one end-to-end project in APAC/China & NA regions.
  • Functional (80%) / Technical (20%) consulting expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning.
  • Strong in requirement gathering, workshops, BRDs, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on configuration of Courses, Offerings, Activities, Global Access Groups, Learning Assignments.
  • Knowledge of legal & regulatory compliance in HR/Learning processes.
  • Experience in gap analysis, solution design, and building extensions.
  • Skilled in application setup, security, validation strategies, and testing.
  • Experience with OIC integrations, third-party systems (e.g., ADP), intra-module dependencies & localization.
  • Proficiency in reports, workflows, interfaces, and documentation.
  • Exposure to quarterly patches, Redwood UX, and Fusion business process configuration.
  • Knowledge of HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Transaction Design Studio, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer.
  • Strong customer-facing experience in implementation, rollout & support.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile environments.
