With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job DescriptionAs an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (Learning Module), you will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and consulting for Oracle Cloud HCM Learning solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide expert guidance, and deliver robust and scalable HCM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (minimum 3 end-to-end projects).Analyze business requirements related to the Learning module and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions.Conduct client workshops for requirement gathering, design, configuration, and testing.Provide best-practice recommendations and functional consulting expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.Support integrations with Core HR and other HCM modules.Prepare functional documentation, design workbooks, and test scripts.Work with technical teams to guide on integrations, conversions, and reports.Handle data migration from legacy systems using HDL, HCM Extracts, and data conversion tools.Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and data-related issues.Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders.Provide mentorship and leadership within the functional team.Mandatory Skills✔ 8–15 years of total experience with at least 8 years in HCM domain ✔ Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations ✔ Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Learning Module ✔ Solid understanding of Learning data flow and integration with Core HR ✔ Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Integrations, and Data Conversion ✔ Excellent consulting, client-facing, and communication skills (verbal & written) ✔ Strong leadership, planning, and follow-up capabilitiesPreferred SkillsOracle HCM Cloud certification in Learning or Core HRExperience working in a global delivery modelExposure to additional HCM modulesImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 8 years or more than 15 years of total experienceYou do not have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning ModuleYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou lack end-to-end HCM Cloud implementation experienceYou are from a non-HCM background or have no Oracle HCM exposure✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL the above criteria.
